Last updated: 15 June 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SonoFlow website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms are provided as general information and do not constitute legal advice.
About SonoFlow and the Website
The Website is operated by Kinetix Health Pty Ltd (ABN 64 693 917 878) trading as SonoFlow (“SonoFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with a registered address at 3/1 Swanston Street, Bulleen, VIC 3105. SonoFlow is an Australian radiology and ultrasound workflow platform used by imaging clinics. The Website provides information about SonoFlow and allows you to enquire about and book product demonstrations.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
Demo bookings and enquiries
When you submit an enquiry or book a demonstration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange any demonstration, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry or demo request does not create any binding agreement to provide services; any provision of the SonoFlow platform is subject to a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to SonoFlow and is protected by intellectual property laws. The “SonoFlow” name and brand are our trade marks. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
In using the Website, you agree not to:
- breach any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or related systems;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code;
- use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website without our consent;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form.
Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links and integrations for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party website or service is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Website’s content for any purpose.
SonoFlow is a tool designed to support and streamline clinical workflows. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on the Website should be relied upon as such. Clinicians and imaging clinics remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, the accuracy and completeness of reports, and compliance with their professional, regulatory, and legal obligations. SonoFlow does not replace professional clinical judgement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonoFlow and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SonoFlow and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and SonoFlow submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction and the courts of appeal from them.
